From Tuesday 6th to Thursday 8th November the Fort Vale Sales and Marketing team attended the annual Intermodal Exhibition at Hamburg Messe.

World Class and top UK cyclists battled it out on the streets of the Colne in 20 degree temperatures. Matthew Bostock, of Canyon dhb, had a fourth win of the National Circuit Series Men which helped him celebrate his birthday in style!

This week saw the official “send off” at the House of Commons, London, for Team UK who are competing in the Skills Olympics in Kazan in the upcoming weeks.

Fort Vale are pleased to announce that our former colleague Ton Stam will re-join us as our new European Sales Manager. Ton has a wealth of experience regarding Fort Vale and also externally within the industries we supply.

To help customers who have applications that perhaps do not merit fully exotic materials, but for which an upgrade from 316 stainless steel would be desirable, Fort Vale had developed a methodology for incorporating a permanent Inconel® seat within all footvalves.
