Accreditations & Standards

Our products are designed and manufactured in accordance with the following international standards:

IMDG, ADR, RID

 

We are accredited to:

ISO 9001:2015;  ISO 45001:2018;   ASME U Stamp;   PED Module D;   AAR M-1002 & M-1003;

ISO 3834-2;   LRCCS

Non-Destructive Testing

As part of our Quality Assurance, we routinely carry out pneumatic and hydrostatic testing, Visual Weld Inspection and Liquid Penetrant Inspection. In our chemical and mechanical analysis laboratory we carry out tensile testing, spectro analysis testing and Charpy impact testing, which means we can provide material traceability certification for our cast products.

Quality Credentials

Our quality people are experienced and qualified to the highest standards. As part of our team we have a Material Scientist, a Metallurgy Specialist, a European Welding Engineer and a European Welding Specialist.

We have a number of Inspection Engineers qualified to:

PCN II – LPI (Liquid Penetrant Inspection),

CSWIP 3.1 – VWI and ASNT Level II – VWI (Visual Weld Inspection)

CSWIP Level II MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspection).

Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)

As well as our portable Faro® Arm CMMs, we have recently installed a state-of-the-art CMM with a REVO-2 probing system. The new CMM has 5-axis movement and performs full contact scanning instead of just touch points. These features give us shorter cycle times and enable us to produce highly accurate measurement data, especially for very complex product features.
